I’m always looking for the best of the best to work with (whether it’s in business or my personal life), therefore referrals/recommendations are essential to almost everything in which I partake.

Let me tell you why Renno Lending is at the top of my ‘must use’ list.
We all know that real estate agents are usually the biggest complainers.
I’ve been at KW 14 months & have ONLY heard good things about the Rennos from a wide range of agents, never even one complaint (a feat in and of itself in this industry). So, with that impressive starting point, I thought I’d give them a try.
I currently have 4 deals with them & have been nothing but impressed. Here’s my most recent Renno miracle . . .

RECENT ACTUAL SCENARIO
-FHA buyer received short sale approval letter on 9/14 with an expiration of Sunday 10/3 (20 days, including weekends. Really? Good luck with that)

-Trustee sale is Monday 10/4/10 & no extension or stay was granted by selling bank -Jason had appraisal completed & full loan approval within 9 days (9/22) -Jason was able to fund today (10/30): 17 days from receipt of approval letter WHAT?!?!?!?!?
Unheard of.
-The best part: it was fairly normal for Jason & his team

NEED some specifics on what to expect in a deal with the Rennos? . . .

GENERAL-KEITH
-Keith is a master at getting your client in the doors & pre-approved. My buyers like his easy going, but informative manner.
-Keith extracts essential/relevant data so that we’re all dealing with real numbers, not ballparks (which is critical when you’re in multiple-offer bidding wars & when you get to the closing table, no surprises) -Keith communicates every step of the way, so you know what the status is & he gets you the paperwork you need in order to write your offers.
-Keith is exceptional at follow up. If your clients aren’t ready, he stays in contact with them until they are & captures the deal.
-Keith always returns calls/emails/texts. He fully utilizes technology to give you as much communication as you/buyers need -Once your buyer has an accepted offer, the hand off to Jason & Christina is seamless

GENERAL JASON
-Jason immediately communicates with the buyers telling them exactly what’s needed from them -Jason’s speed is unparalleled: appraisals, response time, loan approvals, letters to shorts sale banks . . you name it & Jason has it done in an impressive time frame -Jason is in control of the file & is trustworthy, you don’t feel the need to babysit anything -Jason is a master at managing the vast menu of loose ends & you’re never caught off guard (as it relates to what he’s in control of) -Jason puts out the inevitable fires with calm & humor (if needed), but very swiftly & he keeps you up to date along the way -Jason clearly knows the bounds of what can/can’t be done & he shoots very straight with that info -Jason always returns calls/emails/texts

GENERAL ALL
-everyone on the Renno team is pleasant, good natured, good humored, super calm, organized, very pro-active & professional -timely communication & useful data is the standard -they deliver their product on a silver platter

SUMMARY
In general, I think I’m hard to impress (maybe that’s because I have standards that are too high?).
The Renno Team has impressed me.
They’ve exceeded any expectation I could have ever had.
In fact, I didn’t know this level of service & delivery was available in our industry.
There are a lot of good loan officers out there. There really are.
But, if I have a choice, I will always choose the Renno Team because they’re not good, they’re exceptional.

Keith and Jason were referred by Gail Rocco whom I have known for many years, and I felt the need to send you a note due to the exemplary service provided by both Keith and Jason.

My son and daughter are young first time buyers, both their occupations required Keith to spend time with them to completely understand their employment and pay structures. I found Keith to be very knowledgeable on available loan options and always answered the phone or would return calls very promptly. Once they were qualified and began making offers on homes both Keith and Jason were very supportive in supplying needed documentation promptly.

Once their offer was accepted we began working more closely with Jason. Since the home they purchased was a foreclosure the selling bank required a 30 day escrow. Jason was very easy to communicate with and he had everything ready well in advance.  The only snag was a slight foul up by Escrow which Jason took the lead in clearing up.

I have purchase a few homes and refinanced a few times and have never had such a pleasurable experience. They are a great team which we will recommend whenever possible.

You are correct on $635K.  The appraisal was garbage, and that caused a myriad of problems.

You have to order a new appraisal.
